Our journey began in 1992 when Akemi Yamamoto, Emiko and Akira Takenouchi a father, mother, and daughter united by their love for Japanese cuisine, opened our first restaurant on PGA. Our success, built on a foundation of family values and culinary pride, has allowed us to extend our legacy to our new Jupiter location.

Here at Ebisu, every dish is a creation born from dedication and a deep respect for our heritage. From the first slice to the final garnish, we pour our hearts into preparing each dish, ensuring that the rich, traditional flavors are brought directly from our kitchen to your table.
